Washington State University studies GEAR UP
This fall the Social & Economic Sciences Research Center of Washington State University completed a study on the Washington State GEAR UP classes of 2000 - 2003. The study proves what we've known all along - that students who are involved in GEAR UP enroll and succeed in postsecondary education at higher rates than those of their peers.
