*We will only discount 1 primary presenter fees and not a 2nd or 3rd presenter.

Meals Provided:
  • Dinner (Sunday)
  • Breakfast (Monday & Tuesday)
  • Lunch (Monday & Tuesday)
  • Evening Reception (Monday)

Pre-Conference:

  • Writing Small Grants for Classroom Innovations. 

Conference:

  • Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Conference enrollment is limited to 450 attendees.

Payment Instructions

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference, the attendee's registration could be canceled and/or the attendee may not be admitted into the conference. Credit cards are accepted at any time, only Visa or MasterCard, please.
 
Refund/Cancelation Policy
Washington State University - Conference Management, must receive written notification of any canceled registration by the following date in order for a full refund to be issued, minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Friday, October 13th by 5:00pm

Cancellations made after the assigned date or attendees who do not show for the conference are subject to full the registration fee, there will be no refunds. Substitutions are welcomed at any time. Please email cancellations to WSU. Written cancellation from registered attendees received prior to the above date will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.

Confirmations, Invoices & Receipts

All confirmations, invoices, and receipts will be provided via email, make sure to check your junk mail as this information may be sent there. Please make sure to input the attendee's email address since all communications for the workshop will be sent to the registered email address. If invoices/receipts need to be provided at a different address please email WSU and they will send the invoice/receipt to requested email address.
